Returns & Exchanges
All of our products are made to order, meaning each item is produced specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference-based reasons, except where explicitly outlined in this Policy.

Exchange Eligibility
Size Exchanges (Limited Exception)
We understand that finding the right size online can be challenging. In limited cases, we may offer size exchanges for the same item, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Original proof of purchase is required

Exchanges are limited to the same design and product (size change only)

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Approval of size exchanges is at the sole discretion of Clarky’s Tee Spot. Not all items may be eligible due to made-to-order production.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.
Eligible issues include:

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you. In most cases, returns are not required for defective or incorrect items.

Customized products, including but not limited to items with custom printing, embroidery, or personalization, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defects.
